Weighing in at 20 lbs, the 54 CX kayak is made of lightweight yet strong carbon Kevlar and carbon fiberglass components. The increased bow and stern rocker help push the boat higher when carving or bouncing into a blunt or back stab. For the limited issue, the knee has also been raised to allow larger paddlers to fit comfortably, as well as increasing pop when looping. The adjustable seat system features easily adjustable leg lifters and backband. Only 50 individually numbered Wave Sport Project 54 CX kayaks will be available worldwide for $2,495 each.
