Inspired by another gem-studded treat, the Bombay Sapphire Martini, the Fortress Aquamarine depicts an 80-carat aquamarine gem that sits on a sliver of chocolate shaped to look like the traditional stilt fisherman. The presentation comes complete with the handmade glass utensils. After you have gobbled the dessert, you can put the gemstone in your pocket. Till now, not even a single piece has been sold.
