Rodger’s Group development announced their new project ‘Port St. Louis‘ of a 10 story, 49-unit condominium complex in St. Louis in collaboration with Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. The luxury condominiums will be structured on Laclede’s Landing near the under-development $400 million Pinnacle Incorporation’s luxury casino complex. The $25 million complex will present enchanting views of the Mississippi River. The residents will also have access to the roof top common area pool along with the other luxury amenities and finishes.
The glass and brick structure is scheduled for 2008 and by then the luxury casino complex will be open. The casino complex will feature 100 room hotel, spa, restaurants, boutique, bowling-alley, movie hall, indoor ice rink and number of sports and other luxury facilities. With such a luxury casino resort nearby, the condominium complex will surely be a major hit!
