As a contact lens user myself, I have always steered clear of the colored lenses option, as I believe in flaunting the natural blackish-brown tint of my eyes. Mimicking the natural look of the colored portion of the eye is passé, but if you still insist on doing up your eyes then here’s a dazzling alternative. Swarovski studded contact lenses have surfaced to give a clear vision of the luxurious lifestyle. Dubbed “Sparkle,” Indian designer has encrusted tiny Swarovski crystals in a circle around the edges of the lenses.
Securing second place in the Crystal Vision competition co-organized by Designboom and Swarovski, Sparkle clearly signifies the theme of “Crystal Vision.” The designer was inspired by Swarovski’s ability to transform the ordinary into something extraordinary through their sheer brilliance.
However, I am not too sure about the comfort level of your eyes with such bejeweled lenses, as the tiniest of particles can make tears run down your cheeks.
