Sony to Introduce The First Slider HDTV
Nandini | Feb 25 2006

Another new day, and I have got another HDTV to introduce you to! Sony is on its way to launch its new designer Esprit range. The first-up is the TAV-L1 home cinema that Sony has created in partnership with the leading European interior designers, Ligne Roset. The gals over at GadgetCandy reports that the unit looks like a stylish single-stand speaker, when in audio mode, but a tap on the touch-sensitive front panel will make the speaker grill slide down, to reveal a plush 32-inch HD-ready Bravia LCD display! The unit will be available in white or black with interchangeable speaker grilles, a smooth-loading CD/DVD player and a 100w subwoofer, somewhere in May for a price of around £4,000.
