Philips’ pioneering Cinema 21:9 HDTV has been reported to be available as soon as June. This 56-inch ultra-widescreen panel has more than enough reasons for the couch potatoes to wait eagerly for its launch. The company has already claimed it to be the world’s first HDTV set to deliver a true cinematic experience with its 21:9 aspect ratio. Colors change according to the displayed thing and there are no letterbox strips on the screen. This behemoth uses Philips’ famed Ambilight lighting system. The Philips’ Cinema telly will hit UK shops in June for €4000 (US $5044).

This TV is really fantastic, no need to to cinema hall and we can enjoy cinema at our home with this wonderful TV, all images are looking beautiful, in images the picture clarity of TV looking very nice so when i see this TV in front of me, then i can’t imagine what a great picture quality it will give! I really like this TV.

i’m speechless, i can’t wait to have it installed on my living/entertainment room, i’m shaking in excitement, my favorite movies and TV series will really look great on this.
you see the thing with these new and amazing tvs is that next month there will be another new and amazing upgrade and every month thereafter! that sucks .. now since everyone is given a grace period for the ’switch’ till june, if one of these hackers can go and work with all the competing electronics companies and make it where ALL WILL NEED AN ANTENNA except for this one, then i’m sold! until then, wait, the asians will come up with an hgtv for like 60inches or hold on, 100inches also available in june .. smh [shaking my head]
