Calling all Star Wars fans! The lightsaber used by Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars and the hat worn by Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones are up for grabs at an auction of Hollywood props. Actor Mark Hamill used the lightsaber in both the original Star Wars: a New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back. It’s made from an old photography flashgun and is expected to sell for up to £120,000. On the other hand, the real “Fedora hat” with “IJ” printed inside the band has been made by London hat maker Herbert Johnson. This brown rabbit fur felt hat could fetch up to £40,000. Indiana’s bullwhip is also in the collection and it might go for £40,000, while the 41-inch-long machete could fetch £65,000.

Other than these highlights, there are plenty of other goodies up for auction that include C-3PO’s helmet and robotic hands, original Gizmo, Brain and Daffy puppets, original set of the JRR Tolkien Lord of the Rings books, and flying saucer from the 1956 classic sci-fi hit Forbidden Planet. These are only a few of total 500 items, related to movies, which are up for grabs.
