NASA has offered almost 50% off on the 1970s-era spaceships to $28.8 million apiece from $42 million as the shuttles are scheduled to retire this fall. Offer also includes free space shuttle main engines that were earlier put on sale for $400,000 to $800,000 each. One thing’s sure, that you won’t be dodging asteroids or battling any aliens with these, however, these machines that symbolize the Space Age are calling all those visionaries who share the dream to colonize outer space.
