Created by Catalan interiors’ studio Innova Designers, the Ku-b modular kitchen follows the modern fashion which places the kitchen as the central point of all activity within the household. The fluent kitchen design is a part of the Atipic House project which seeks to expresses harmony between reality and experimentation. Drawing on the post modern concerns of sustainability, recycling and re-utilization, the futuristic kitchen prototype offers clean, streamlined edges with smooth self-lit surfaces making even the smaller kitchen looks spacious and roomy. When closed, the kitchen’s concealed doors and drawers transform into a giant-wedge shaped island perfect for socializing which also transforms instantaneously into easily accessible storage units that promote the homeowners’ sense of belonging and ease within the space.
