Elegant Maserati pens that you could use to sign pricey deals
Jaiyant Cavale | Aug 30 2008

If kings and queens could write and sign using pens made of gold or silver, we are not too far behind, are we? Maserati has a sterling silver pen, which must certainly match your decadent and beyond-royal lifestyle. Designed by Armando Simoni, this pen is standing evidence of the luxury that Italy is famous for. The Maserati pen seems to suit two opposing factions, the one that prefers roller-ball pens and the other, which prefers fountain pens. You could definitely show off your elegant pens at any location, and people won’t miss the Maserati trident and signature fender vents that are etched at conspicuous places.

There are going to be 1,914 pens, the year when the company was established. So you must decide if you want to be one of the privileged 1,914 people who will get to enjoy the luxury and sophistication that Italy and Maserati are known for. And it is also a well-known fact that pens are not just about writing, but also a status symbol. You wouldn’t want to flash a pen that is anything less than a Maserati, when you are signing that business deal or signing papers for the new estate, which you are going to buy in Tuscany. The roller ball costs $2500 and the fountain pen costs $2750.

I did not know that pens can have such an impact on a personality till i met my husband. he has a Cartier and showers all his love and affection tending to it. and the big news is that even now after 12 years it shines as bright as new and writes even better

Hello Radhika, Yes people who have the money have all the freedom to go ahead and buy such pens that is almost the annual salary of a person living in the third world. However, pens can be really cool and that is what makes people buy them and collect and gloss over them..

It’s not the question if you have all the money etc....
Jay this is a stinging quote.
God has put us in a happy place in life, I do my bit for the society, but u can’t make me feel guilty of enjoying a few luxuries in life..
i know what kind of efforts goes in earing a single rupee
so don’t give me that ”annual salary of a person living in the third world”
!!!!

Hello radhika! My god you took that personally.. I was not talking about you or anybody.. I”m sorry still... I was just being my usual cynical and nihilistic self.. You work hard you write well and you deserve all the goodies ever :)

And you are doing your bit by just writing.. I did not try to make you feel guilty.. :(

2500 bucks for a silver pen seems fair enough. Plus there is the limited edition tag too. Now my handwriting sucks big time and I wonder if buying an expensive pen could make it better. IF yes then I would gladly spend all my savings on this glittering beauty. But if not I’d like to continuing borrowing pens from any which person comes across my way. Yeah I’m cheap. What to do!

If we go by your words, I can be cheap too, especially when I go to the Banks. I always seem to forget to carry a pen and when I have to fill in the challans, I always end up borrowing the humble reynolds and forget returning that. Ugh.. I am so cheap

CH ch. That won’t do Mr Jaiyant. Forgettting to return borrowed pends. That’s bad karma. Please don’t be a freeloader and do your bit for the society coz as someone says it all does matter.

From cars to pens! The luxury market is a very strange thing to understand.
