The new Curvi speakers are definitely unique in terms of their unconventional design by keeping in mind both acoustic and aesthetic innovation. Inspired by the human form, the sensuously curved absorbent free-flow transmission line provides the single E J Jordan full range drive unit with a near-ideal acoustic load with low frequencies being bolstered by the port output. The laminated plywood cabinet ensures rapid energy dissipation and hence enables the excellent impulse response of the drive unit to be cleanly delivered. While the price per pair is £3995, it’s no wonder that Curvi offers coherence in sound quality, which provides the joviality and aural stimulus of a live musical performance.
