Last time, we introduced you to the luxury coffee game table in automotive leather veneer from Geoffrey Parker and this time, we have the GT/33 Contemporary Game Table, and they call it the “world’s most comprehensive game table ever made.” Trimmed in polished stainless steel and bound in Dauphin calf leather, this contemporary piece stores 33 games. The game table includes most of the regular classics, including Backgammon, Chess, Bridge, Dominoes and Cribbage. Licensed games include Monopoly, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Risk and Cluedo. The contemporary game table features a leather-bound center panel that opens up to reveal a mahogany roulette wheel set. When the panel is reversed, you see a printed leather chessboard. You can even store the board within the center cabinet that the table is made around. The cupboard holds all the gaming boards, which are printed on lamb skin. There is a range of leather bound drawers that house all the needed gaming components.
In case you don’t want all 33 games, you can simply request less and the price will be revised. They will be introducing a new wood veneer version for 2009. A hand inlaid leather version is available by special order. The GT/33 Contemporary Game Table sells for £14,065 (approx. $22,500)
