Christmas is around the corner and the market is flooded with goods related to the festival, be it stuffed Santa Claus, or gifts laden glitzy trees! But, what caught my attention is the Santa, by Ginza Tanaka (Japan), created from 20 kilograms of pure gold. The 41-centimeter tall figure carries a load of gifts in his shoulder bag, which is again made of solid gold. Santa does not only flaunt the yellow metal but even a 1.4-carat diamond on its belt portion. The prize of the piece is quite justified at 200 million yen and the company will make more pieces on order, according to the public response.
