CES 2008 - Sony RHT-S10 Soundbar Wall Home Theater System
Naveen | Jan 7 2008

Yesterday only, we were talking about the Polk Audio’s SurroundBar 360 DVD Theater for flat-panel TVs. With the surround-bar concept getting wider attention, many firms are rolling out related products. This time, we have Sony with their new RHT-S10 Soundbar Wall Home Theater System. Unlike the Polk’s SurroundBar 360, the Sony’s RHT-S10 doesn’t have a DVD drive. Instead, it’s a full audio-only 5.1 system with no rear speakers, optimized for Blu-ray. It’s also equipped with a Digital Media Port, so you can buy a Bluetooth adapter for your iPod or Sony Network Walkman. The free-standing unit has a built-in TV mount, amplifier and subwoofer. Sony has given home theater enthusiasts another reason to smile.
