
LG Electronics has been working with Mark Levinson for a whole year now. The results of their teaming up are slowly surfacing. The newest home theaters by the electronics-giant are epitomize quality and style in a brand-new way. LG’s new systems are tagged AP3133 and LHT888. CES 2008 is the venue for showcasing both of these systems and everyone has been pleasantly surprised. AP3133 is high-definition home theater system that comes replete with a powerful sound experience. There are standing loudspeakers, center speaker and a powerful subwoofer. LG’s ‘Super Blu’ dual-format player is inbuilt and the 7.1-channel AV receiver boasts of HD Radio capability too. The 1080p upscaling ensures an ultimate multi-input HDMI switching experience.
LHT888 is even more elegant than the previous system. Inspired by the beauty of a slim champagne glass, it houses the loudspeakers’ drivers in parabolic housings having tapering pedestals. A 700W 5.1 Channel DVD, built-in wireless kit, USB Media Plus, HDMI output are some of the other specs. Features apart, both the systems are characterized by their contemproray design and compatibility with modern decor. Pricing details are not available as yet.
