The German loudspeaker manufacturer Canton, whose Vento Reference model we have discussed in the past, has introduced its flagship Reference series speaker, the Reference 1.2 DC. This hand-made giant is a complete make-over of its predecessor. This high-end floorstanding loudspeaker offers 900 watts of music power with frequency range of 18-40,000 Hz. A curved bow shape, lavish internal reinforcement and a strong multi-layer laminate (up to 50 mm thick) give the body extremely low vibration for an undistorted sound. The Reference loudspeakers boast a “piano finish” highlighted by their color tones and wooden surfaces. The speakers are available in cherry veneer, white lacquer, silver and black lacquer to complement your interiors. This piece of high-end audio will set you back $14,575.
