Anguilla - Caribbean paradise emerging as luxury real estate hotspot
Naveen | Dec 20 2007

The tiny island, Anguilla, has got a big reputation. It’s famed for celebrity-attracting luxury resorts, 33 glittering white sand beaches with crystal clear waters, extraordinary sail-flecked sea vistas, and tempting cuisine. It’s also the place where boat racing isn’t just a hobby, but the national sport. This British Overseas Territory is 16 miles long and 3 miles at her widest point. Anyway, this 35 square mile island in the British West Indies, just north of St. Maarten is not just about the beaches and vistas. Second home developers are showing a great interest in this island. As soon as three new luxurious, residential resorts from several world famous development groups and architects open their doors in Anguilla, it will escalate the resort real estate development to new heights. Anguilla is inviting, intriguing and truly incomparable. Here are some of the newest resort residences in Anguilla that will soon open their doors.

Moreover, you can enjoy golf at the Temenos Golf Club, which provides golfers with the ultimate experience combining a competitive Greg Norman golf course with breathtaking views of the Caribbean. You can also enjoy world-class tennis facility, and modish on-site restaurants, including one from New York chef David Bouley. Properties, scheduled for completion in 2008, include residences, villas, spa villas, and estates and range between $1.4 and $12.5 million.

The Residences at Rendezvous Bay

The another amazing thing about Temenos Anguilla’s restaurant is that David Bouley will be joined in the venture with star nutritionist Oz Garcia. The duo will combine their skills I guess to prepare meals that tremendously tasty and nutritionally sound.
