Amosu unveils bespoke luxury shirts with shimmering buttons
Naveen | Jul 10 2009

Recently, luxury designer Alexander Amosu created the world’s most expensive suit costing £70,000 and now, he has launched a series of exclusive bespoke shirts made from the finest cotton in the world. In order to get a bespoke shirt made, they first ask for your measurements. Once it’s done, the cutter creates your shirt pattern and uses a “single needle” work throughout the entire workings of the shirt. Each bespoke shirt comes as standard with silver buttons with the option of having the buttons in gold, platinum or diamond encrusted (diamond comes in various colors). Alexander says, “Even though we consider ourselves the Rolls Royce of the suit industry we also cater for those who want a simple bespoke suit starting from £3000 or a shirt that’s simply fits you well without compromising on quality.” The shirts are currently on display in the showroom at Apsley Store, 13 Pall Mall, London. Pricing for these bespoke shirts start at £400 each and goes as high as £25,000 (approx. $40,700).
