I never thought selling property was such a pain. Perhaps because I haven’t sold one myself? Even a £100,000 ($164,410) Ferrari F430 giveaway with a house wasn’t good enough for Duncan Jones, who still fails to find a buyer for his six-bedroom property on sale in Bristol. Duncan has the mansion priced at £300,000 ($493,278), and is offering a Ferrari F430 to the purchaser of the property, but he is finding no potential buyers. I would have, for the Ferrari maybe, but then I have the same potential problems you see. Even a multi-millionaire like Mr. Jones we guess cannot afford a vacant million dollar mansion, thus he has filed an application with the Bristol City Council to turn the house into offices - until he finds a buyer, I hope.
