Developer Mark Fleming has recently announced his plan to build a $2 billion race car-themed complex in the town of Beatty, 120 miles north of Las Vegas. The casino-hotel would cover 480 acres of space and will four 27 story towers containing roughly 2,592 condos, timeshares, and hotel rooms along with a 480,700 square-foot hotel, and a 120,000-square-foot casino and automotive themed restaurants. There are also plans for a $2.7 million, 2.1-mile NASCAR racetrack encircling the property that will include a drive-in theater, an 18-hole championship golf course and a 50,000 square-foot pool area.13654
